As I look out the window, I see snowflakes gently falling to the ground, eating up the little grass that managed to poke through yesterday.  Once again, our Wisconsin weather has kicked in and reminded me where I live!  If I could only close my eyes, click my heels and wake up in July...with the summer sun shining on my face!  Sadly, that isn't possible, but I can get myself a little closer to spring with the flavors of this Fresh Ham, Avocado & Spinach Sandwich.
