Ingredients for 3-Ingredient Simple Egg Salad:

  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • ½ cup Miracle Whip
  • ¼ cup dill pickles, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Directions for 3-Ingredient Simple Egg Salad:

  1. Combine all ingredients and serve on bread, toast, or crackers.

  1. This is almost identical to my recipe, but instead of chopping up pickles, I use hot dog relish — already chopped and more seasoned!
