2-Ingredient Egg & Cheese Chips
As the holiday season approaches, I have to face reality. Thanksgiving feasts, Christmas dinners, and New Year's Eve buffets are just around the corner! While I am so excited to dig into some amazing food, I know exactly what this time of year does to my scale. To help combat the expected, I challenged myself to cut back on my sweets, watch my portions, and create some healthy snacks!
I will admit, I am definitely a work-in-progress. But I have been making improvements in these three areas. And thankfully, I have discovered some delicious, healthy snacks to help me out. These 2-Ingredient Egg & Cheese Chips are one of them and have quickly become one of my favorites! They are not only tasty, but they are easy to make and...are you ready for it?...low-carb!
Finally! I can eat a few extra chips and not have that guilty feeling! And you can too! Check out my recipe below and get snacking!

These are soooooo yummy! I buy the egg whites in the carton. I made some just plain cheese, some with a slice of turkey pepperoni on top and the rest with a sprinkle of Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend. YUM! Thank YOU!
You are very welcome! I love the additions and will definitely try them soon. Happy New Year!
Hi. Just wondering if I can use the whole egg for these, instead of just egg whites?
thanks
I can’t say for sure, but I am certain that the texture would change completely. Please let me know if you try it!
How well beaten are the egg whites
Thanks
Beat the eggs just until the whites and yolks are combined and uniform throughout.
How do these taste when heated up next day?
I just toss them in the air fryer and they are just as good as day one!
