FAQ

What’s the best tomato to use for these sandwiches?

Any large, meaty tomato will work. Stay away from seedy tomatoes with a lot of water.

Why don’t I have to spray my basket for this recipe?

The butter on the bread essentially greases it for you.

How long are these sandwiches good?

These should be eaten immediately. Tomato isn’t as good after being refrigerated, and the bread will get soggy over time.
