Crab Mac & Cheese
Noodles and Cheese...two of my favorites! It seems that even when a recipe is good, I can add noodles and cheese and make it SOOOOO much better! I have come to terms with this love of mine and have added minutes onto my workout to make sure my pants continue to fit!
Over the years, I have made so many different variations of macaroni and cheese. Some have been okay, whiles others disappeared from our plates so fast that I knew they were a hit. I have added chicken and tuna and have even attempted vegetables a time or two. This time, however, I went straight to another love of mine...SEAFOOD! With three of my favorites, I created my very own Crab Mac & Cheese, and I am in love!

Ingredients:
4 cups macaroni noodles, cooked
8 ounces imitation crab meat, chopped
1 stick butter
1/3 cup flour
4 cups milk
1 tsp salt
2 cups shredded Colby cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2: In a sauce pan, melt butter then stir in flour.
Step 3: When mixture is smooth, add milk.
Step 4: As sauce thickens, stir in shredded cheese and salt.
Step 5: In a bowl, mix cooked noodles and crab meat together.
Step 6: Next, add cheese sauce, mixing completely.
Step 7: Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Step 8: Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
