Mexican Beef & Queso Dip
"A party? Tonight? Umm...sure, I will bring something."
I've been there, and I'm sure you have too! I'm always up for a party or get-together, and I always feel like I need to take something yummy along to share. It is not that I feel obligated. I just love being in the kitchen and sharing my creations! I also love sharing recipes that others have introduced me to. I first tasted this particular dip at a birthday party with my husband's family. I randomly kept hearing the phrase "puke dip" and couldn't figure out what everyone was talking about.
"Really? She brought puke dip?"
"Hang on, I have to go get more puke dip!"
What were these people talking about, you ask? They were talking about this amazing appetizer that I have renamed (I'm sure you can figure out why) Mexican Beef & Queso Dip. While it does take on a familiar look, which they were referring to, I dare you to try it. The combination of just 3 ingredients will knock your socks off, and I guarantee you will make this simple, easy Mexican Beef & Queso Dip again and again.
Check out my simple recipe below...and get going! You have a party to get to!
