Garlic Fish & Vegetables
Yum! Yum! This Garlic Fish & Vegetables is definitely on my favorite "healthy meal" list. I am an absolute addict of anything seafood and this is no exception. Believe it or not, this is a meal that can be thrown together in just 15 minutes. It is a perfect way to guarantee yourself something healthy and fast, or a great way to impress your guests quickly.

Ingredients:
4 fish fillets, thawed (I use Swai Fillets from Sam's Club)
1 lb. fresh asparagus
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 medium yellow onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. Garlic Garlic from Tastefully Simple (optional)
Preparing the Fish:
Place thawed fish fillets in a large greased skillet on medium heat with about 1/2 inch of water.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp. garlic salt.
Cover and steam until fish is white and flaky.
Pour off any access water.
Reduce heat and sprinkle with 2 tsp. Garlic Garlic Seasoning. (optional)
Vegetables:
Cut bottom 2 inches of asparagus off, place in medium greased skillet.
Slice onion into medium-size wedges. Add to skillet.
Add mushrooms to skillet.

Add about 1/2 inch of water and cover to steam vegetables over medium heat until tender.
Drain off any access water.
