Savory Seafood & Corn Chowder
I'm not sure about you and your family, but we love to eat! Plain and simple! At any chance possible, we gather together over delicious food, have great conversation, and make amazing memories! Whether we are celebrating a birthday or just enjoying a beautiful Saturday afternoon, my family just loves spending time together. Now, some of these occasions are planned, but many are thrown together at the last minute.
On one particular Saturday, I had just one hour to whip up a dish to pass before we are were all meeting at my grandpa's house. As I stared into my fridge and freezer, the wheels started turning. That day was going to be a soup day! I quickly grabbed the ingredients I needed and just 30 minutes later, I had a steaming hot, absolutely yummy, pot of Savory Seafood and Corn Chowder.
According to my initial taste-test, I was quite confident it was going to be a hit! Then, when I saw people literally scraping the pan, trying to get the last bite, I knew they loved it! Compliment after compliment confirmed it! Today I am sharing the recipe for my Savory Seafood & Corn Chowder for all of my readers, including my family that has been bugging me for it!
I hope you enjoy it as much as we all do!
