As I mentioned in a previous post, my goal lately has been to create delicious, healthy snacks that we can grab on-the-go. My first success was my Frozen Raspberry Yogurt Bites! Everyone in our family loves them, and I literally can’t make them fast enough. I always find myself making a double-batch to be sure some are left in the freezer for the next day.
And that is the exact same situation with these No-Bake Easy Energy Bites! With just 5 ingredients, they are so easy to make. Many times, I will find my 9-year-old whipping up a batch for everyone to enjoy! They are packed with flavor and just what you need to curb your cravings and boost your energy! Oh…and another important quality…they satisfy your sweet tooth without tipping the scale!

Ingredients for No-Bake Easy Energy Bites:
1 1/2 cups Quick Oats – Oatmeal
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Mini M&Ms
Directions for No-Bake Easy Energy Bites:
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2: Roll dough into bites (about 2 tbsp each) and place on a baking sheet to allow time to set.
I like to store my No-Bake Easy Energy Bites in a Ziplock bag in the refrigerator.
