Instant Pot Asparagus
I love asparagus, but unfortunately, I was never able to get my kids to eat it. I figured if I could add some other flavors that they liked, I might be able to entice them to eat it. And I did! They love this asparagus with its garlic and parmesan cheese flavors.
It only takes a few simple ingredients to make this easy, delicious recipe.
- Parmesan cheese
A little prep and a few minutes in the air fryer are all it takes to make this recipe.
Step 1: Trim the bottoms of asparagus off to be sure it fits in the instant pot.
Step 2: Put water, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir.
Step 3: Turn the instant pot to SAUTE. Heat until butter is melted.
Step 4: Add asparagus in a criss-cross pattern.
Step 5: Place lid on the pot.
Step 6: PRESSURE on HIGH for 1 minute.
Step 7: Quick release pressure.
Step 8: Remove asparagus from the pot.
Step 9: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
