I recall dipping cracker after cracker while being surrounded by the most perfect atmosphere possible.  And it wasn’t until a couple years ago that I finally found out just how easy it was to make.  It was hard to believe that something so delicious could be so easy!

This 4-Ingredient Classic Cheese Ball is easy to make and even easier to enjoy! Your guests will immediately fall in love with this creamy appetizer!

Ingredients:
2 – 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 oz. beef, chopped (see photo below)
2 green onions, finely chopped

This 4-Ingredient Classic Cheese Ball is easy to make and even easier to enjoy! Your guests will immediately fall in love with this creamy appetizer!

Directions:
Step 1: Combine softened cream cheese, Worcestershire Sauce, and half of chopped beef in a glass mixing bowl.
Step 2: Refrigerate approximately 20 minutes to allow mixture to firm up a bit.
Step 3: Once cream cheese combination is firm, form into a ball with hands.  To avoid sticking, wet your hands first.
Step 4: Cover cheese ball with remaining beef and green onions.
Step 5: Serve with crackers of your choice!  We prefer RITZ!  Enjoy!
