Are chocolate covered blueberries healthy?

Dark chocolate covered blueberries are very healthy. The dark chocolate is full of flavanoids and low in fact, and blueberries are full of vitamins and antioxidants. Even milk chocolate covered blueberries are somewhat healthy, although not as much as dark chocolate.

How do I cover my blueberries without squishing them?

Use a spatula and gently fold the blueberries into the chocolate rather than mixing them. When spooning them out, be gentle and aim the tip of the spoon between berries.

How do I keep chocolate covered blueberries from sweating?

Sweating is a natural part of chilling chocolate covered fruit that can't be avoided. However, it can be lessened by storing the blueberries in an air-tight container.
