Sweet & Sassy Shrimp Pasta
Pasta? Yes, please! Shrimp? Absolutely! Creamy, deliciously amazing sauce? Oh yeah!
I am here to tell you that this dish combines all three and will have to begging for more! With just four ingredients, this Sweet & Sassy Shrimp Pasta will blow your mind. The first time that I experimented with mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce, my husband looked at me like I was crazy. I had seen other recipes that used these two ingredients, among others, and being the daring lady that I am, I wanted to give it a shot.
I was immediately amazed how flavorful this sauce was. I also knew I found a new favorite to add to my list. This Sweet & Sassy Shrimp Pasta will most definitely be served on a regular basis at my house.

Ingredients:
8 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked
24 ounces shrimp (cooked, peeled, tail-off)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sweet chili sauce (I use mild, but there are other levels of "heat" if you are interested)
Step 1: In a greased skillet, saute shrimp over medium heat until lightly browned.
Step 2: In a separate sauce pan, combine mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce over medium heat.
Step 3: Simmer sauce until heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 4: Pour over shrimp and mix completely.
Step 5: Serve over pasta.
