Step 1. Place sliced squash on a greased baking sheet.

Step 2. Brush squash slices with olive oil.

Step 3. Salt and pepper each slice.

Step 4. Sprinkle slices with grated parmesan.

Step 5. Bake at 425ºF for 15 minutes or until squash is tender and parmesan cheese is melted.
