Confession time!  I have literally fallen in love with my air fryer.  I got it over a year ago, but it was just recently that I discovered its true potential.  For way too long, I only used it for the obvious things like chicken nuggets, french fries, etc.  But watch out world!  In the past few weeks, we have been enjoying "fried" donuts, bagels, cookies, vegetables, and appetizers that we can't get enough of.

I was recently chatting with a friend, sharing all the yummy things we have been enjoying, and she was quite surprised.  She has heard of air fryers, but just like me, thought they were only for the obvious items.  When is started telling her everything that can be made in one, she pulled out her phone, found the best deal on Amazon, and ordered one immediately.

Since hers arrived, she has been sharing photos of everything she has been enjoying.  She also made me promise to share my delicious recipes here so she can check them out too.  So here I am with one of our favorites!  These Air Fryer Brown Sugar Roasted Carrots are so perfect, I forget just how healthy they are.

The recipe is simple, and I guarantee you will make them again and again.  Check it out below!

  1. These are Delicious! Have you ever tried using shredded carrots? If so, do you have an estimated cook time?

    1. I have not, but I would assume they would be just as delicious! The cook time would have to be reduced quite a bit, but I would just keep check them as you are cooking until they are perfectly tender.
