Air Fryer Potato Wedges are a perfect side dish to any meal. Simple to make and easy to enjoy, they will quickly become a family favorite!
Here it is everyone! Another amazing reason why I love my air fryer! You have to these potato wedges! When I am in a bind and short on time, I know that I can have them on the table in under 30 minutes. They are definitely a perfect addition to any meal. But they also serve as a yummy appetizer or can even be smothered and made into potato nachos!

How to Make Homemade Potato Wedges
- potatoes
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- parsley flakes
- Wash potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place them in a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Place into a greased air fryer basket. Air fry at 400° for 20 minutes or until tender.

Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 3 medium size white potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp parsley flakes
Instructions
- Wash potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place them in a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Place into a greased air fryer basket. Air fry at 400° for 20 minutes or until tender.

when we use the frozen wedges next time, should we directly add in the oven or thaw it first? And if thawing, then won’t the condensation ruin the spices?
I have never used frozen wedges for this recipe. I have always cut my own wedges from whole potatoes. I would assume frozen wedges would cook completely different, but I would think the air fryer would crisp them up and the spices would still react the same.
