Heath & Vanilla Pudding Dessert
Are you serious? I completely forgot I had to take a dish to pass!
We were just getting ready for church when my 8-year-old reminded me of the potluck after the service. While I would like to claim that my memory is top-notch, everyone who knows me would roll their eyes and call me a fraud. I swear each of my four children took a piece of my brain, and I am left to fend for myself with the little fragments I have left. With this, my memory is also slowly vanishing.
Thankfully, God has given me little peanuts to keep me in line. I can recall numerous times that I remembered my school bag, bought a gallon of milk, or gassed up my van, only because one of my children reminded me. This situation was no different. If it wasn't for Sy'Rih, we would have went to church empty-handed, without a dish to pass.
I immediately went into "beast mode" and assessed my pantry and fridge. After grabbing a few ingredients, vanilla pudding, Reddi Wip, and Heath candy bars, my mind started spinning. Within minutes (literally), I whipped up this delicious Heath & Vanilla Pudding Dessert.
