I LOVE fried egg rolls, but they hate my tummy 😛 I’ve made baked egg rolls before, and my kids were very skeptical that they would not taste as good as their favorite take out. To get them to look a bit more authentic, I spray them lightly with vegetable spray, like Pam, and somehow they seem to get that browned “Fried look” without being overly greasy! Love when healthy makeovers work!!! Thanks!
