If you love jalapeno peppers, then this is the recipe for you. It's loaded with concentrated jalapeno pepper, and while drying them concentrates the capsaicin (what makes the peppers hot), many find them to be milder.

Oven Dried Jalapenos

I love jalapenos, and I'm always looking for new ways to enjoy them. One of my new favorites is drying them in the oven. They take on an entirely new texture, and the flavor really pops. I love to put them in recipes for a kick of heat or on top of nachos for a twist on a favorite flavor.
