Pita chips are one of the tastiest and most classic dipping items for any sauce at any get-together. This recipe for pita chips is the easiest thing you'll ever make, and it's absolutely delicious!

Air Fryer Pita Chips

I love the flavor of pita chips, but I've never loved how greasy they can be. That's what I'm a big fan of making them in the air fryer. I get that great flavor and crispy texture without the addition of all that grease.

Ingredients

You only need a handful of simple, easy to find ingredients to make this recipe.

  • pitas
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

It only takes a few simple steps and a few minutes to make these pita chips.

Step 1: On your work surface, cut pitas into small triangles.  I use a pizza cutter.

Step 2: Brush olive oil over top.

Step 3: Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on top.

Step 4: Place pita pieces in your air fryer basket just so they are not touching.

Step 5: Air fry at 350ºF for 4-5 minutes or until chips start to turn golden.

Vegetable Oil: You can use vegetable oil in place of olive oil.
