There's something about pulled pork that I just can't get enough of. I've had it all kinds of ways, but topping my fries with it is by far my favorite. I love this dish, and I think you will, too.

Ingredients

It only takes a few simple ingredients to make these delicious fries.

  • French fries
  • pork roast
  • BBQ sauce
  • yellow onion
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • green onions, chopped

Instructions

It only takes four steps to make this delicious recipe.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Step 2: Place ingredients in this order on a greased large baking sheet: French fries, shredded pork, BBQ sauce, yellow onions, and cheese.

Step 3: Bake for 20 minutes or until fries are heated through and cheese is melted.

Step 4: Top with chopped green onions and serve.

Substitutions

Beef or Chicken: You can use shredded beef or chicken in place of pork for this recipe.

Pulled pork fries take frozen french fries and transforms them by piling them high with pulled pork. barbecue sauce, and cheese. Yum!

  • 16 oz frozen crinkle-cut French fries 

  • 1 lb pork roast, cooked and shredded 

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 
1 yellow onion, diced

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3 green onions, chopped
