Buffalo Chicken Wraps
These Buffalo chicken wraps are stuffed with a delicious buffalo chicken salad filling loaded with Buffalo sauce, shredded chicken, cream cheese, Colby Jack, blue cheese, and more.
These wraps have everything we love about Buffalo chicken and the tasty sauce that goes with it all wrapped up in a perfectly cooked tortilla shell. It's so delicious and so easy.
Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Buffalo chicken is one of my favorite appetizer treats. Wraps are one of my favorite lunches. Put them together and you get these delicious, easy wraps.
Ingredients
It only takes a few simple ingredients to make these wraps.
- shredded chicken
- cream cheese
- buffalo sauce
- Colby Jack cheese
- green onions
- blue cheese
- tortilla shells
Instructions
It only takes a few minutes and a few simple steps to make these tasty wraps.
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and green onions.
Step 2: Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until mixture is combined well.
Step 3: Set your tortillas on your work surface.
Step 4: Spoon buffalo chicken mixture in the center of your tortillas.
Step 5: Sprinkle blue cheese on top.
Step 6: To fold your wrap, fold the sides in and roll to secure. Place seam-side down until you are finished rolling them all up.
Step 7: Place a large skillet over low heat.
Step 8: Spray the bottom of each snack wrap with cooking spray and place them on your heated skillet.
Step 9: Cook for about 4 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.
Step 10: Spray the tops of snack wraps and flip to cook the other side. Continue cooking until that side is golden brown.
Step 11: Remove from heat and serve.
