FAQ

What is salmon pizza?

Salmon pizza is a healthy seafood pizza made with a pre-made pizza crust, salmon chunks, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and green onions.

Why is my salmon tough and rubbery?

If you cook the salmon in the skillet for too long, it will get rubbery as it continues to cook while the pizza bakes. To avoid this, cook the salmon until it's opaque throughout, then immediately stop cooking it.

Can I use other fish for this pizza?

You sure can! And firm fish will work. Cod, halibut, and even catfish are all excellent choices. You can also use shellfish like shrimp, crab, or lobster chunks.
