Tips for Making the Best Turkey Cranberry Sliders

  • Quickly and easily cut your Hawaiian rolls by place the entire rectangle of rolls on a cutting board and cutting them all at once before separating them.
  • Be sure not to spray so much non-stick spray on the dish that it pools at the bottom. You don't want the buns to absorb it.
  • This recipe was made with a glass baking dish. Reduce the time if you're using a dark metal pan.

FAQ

What kind of turkey should I use for turkey cranberry sliders?

Any kind of turkey lunch meat will work. You can use the cheaper pre-package variety or have it freshly cut at the deli counter.

What is a good substitute for provolone?

Sliced mozzarella, Swiss, Monterey Jack, and white cheddar all work well in place of provolone cheese.

Why are my sliders burning on the bottom?

It only takes 20 to 25 minutes for sliders to turn golden brown and the cheese to melt. Leaving them in any longer will cause the bottom buns to burn.
