Big Mac Egg Rolls
Big Mac egg rolls combine the flavors of a Big Mac with the delicious, crispy flavor of egg rolls. Beef, special sauce, pickles, and onions are wrapped up in an egg roll wrapper and fried to perfection.

We always think of Asian food when we think of egg rolls, but what if we took that golden, crispy outer layer and stuffed it full of the flavors of a Big Mac? Well, I did, and let me tell you, the entire family is in love with this recipe. I think yours will be, too.
Big Mac Egg Rolls
I try to live a relatively healthy life but I do have my guilty pleasures. Big Macs and egg rolls are two of those guilty pleasures. Since they're already guilty pleasures, I decided to go all the way and combine them into one amazing treat that always satisfies the tastebuds.
Ingredients
You only need a few simple ingredients to make these egg rolls, and you'll find them all easily at your local grocery store.
Egg Roll Ingredients
- ground beef
- onions
- yellow mustard
- ketchup
- salt
- pepper
- egg roll wrappers
- shredded cheddar cheese
- dill pickles
Sauce Ingredients
- mayonnaise
- pickles
- sugar
- mustard
- ketchup
- paprika
Instructions
It only takes 5 simple steps to make this recipe.
Step 1: In a skillet, add ground beef, mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until beef is cooked thoroughly. This will take about 8 minutes. Drain any access grease.
Step 2: To prepare the egg rolls, lay each egg roll wrapper on a clean surface like a diamond.
Step 3: Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese on the center of the egg roll wrapper.
Step 4: Top with about 3 tablespoons of the beef mixture and 1 tablespoon of diced pickles.
Step 5: Fold the sides of the egg roll wrapper in. Tightly fold the bottom up. Roll and seal the top fold with a few drops of water.
To Cook in Oil:
Prepare a plate by lining it with a paper towel.
Pul about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Allow the oil to heat until it starts to form small bubbles.
Add egg rolls and fry each side until golden. This will take about 1 minute per side.
Transfer cooked egg rolls to your prepared plate. Allow the access grease to soak into the paper towel.
To Air Fry:
400 degres for 12 minutes. Flip halfway through.
To prepare the sauce, mix mayonnaise, pickles, sugar, mustard, ketchup, and paprika together in a small bowl. Serve with egg rolls.
