Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 oz cod filets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Italian style breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 4 sub buns
  • Optional Toppings:
  • tartar sauce
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Blot cod filets with paper towel to absorb the moisture.
