Step 1: Place drumsticks, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until drumsticks are coated with seasonings.
Step 2: Place seasoned drumsticks in your greased crock pot.
Step 3: Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
Step 4: Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
Step 5: Remove drumsticks from the crock pot and place them on a baking rack on the baking sheet.
Step 6: Broil at 550ºF for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Chicken will begin to brown.
Step 7: Prepare honey BBQ sauce in a small bowl by mixing BBQ sauce, honey, and garlic together.
Step 8: Remove chicken from the oven and brush BBQ sauce over them.
Step 9: Broil again for 3 minutes. Flip them and brush the other side. Broil for an additional 3 minutes. Dark spots will form, but be sure not to overcook and burn them.
Step 10: Brush with more BBQ if you choose and serve.
