FAQ

How do you make brownies fudgy?

Fudgy brownies have a higher fat content than cakey brownies. So add more fat like butter, chocolate, or oil.

How do you keep brownies from drying out?

Store your brownies in an air-tight container with a slice of white bread. The moisture in the bread will keep the brownies from drying out.

Do you have to refrigerate brownies?

You should never refrigerate brownies unless they have some sort of cream cheese filling. Refrigerating brownies will dry them out.
