FAQ

How do you make brownies fudgy?

Make brownies fudgy by adding more fat. Use more eggs, butter, chocolate, or oil to create super moist and fudgy brownies.

Why can't I refrigerate my brownies?

Strictly speaking, you CAN refrigerate brownies, you just shouldn't. Refrigerating brownies dries them out and makes them crumbly.

How do you keep brownies moist while storing?

Add a slice of white bread to your container when storing your brownies. The moisture from the bread will keep the brownies from drying out.
