Easy Beans, Bacon, and Chicken

This beans bacon and chicken skillet is super easy to make and so filling. It's a delicious dish that satisfies even the biggest eaters.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 28 oz baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. n a large skillet, cook onions and bacon over medium heat.
  2. Remove onions and bacon from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add chicken, salt, and pepper to the skillet.  Cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and wipe out the excess grease.
  5. Return chicken, onions, and bacon to the skillet.
  6. Add beans and cheese.  Stir until all ingredients are heated through and cheese is melted.
  7. Top with additional shredded cheese and serve.
