Refrigerator: Store in an air-tight container for up to a week.

Freezer: Store in an air-tight freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.

Reheat: Place pancakes on a baking sheet in a single layer and cover them with foil. Then, bake for 5 to 7 minutes at 350 until heated through.

Make Ahead: I don't recommend making pancakes ahead of time. They're never as good as when they're fresh.

What to Serve with Pancakes

These pancakes are a great start to the day all on their own. For something even more substantial, pair them with delicious breakfast favorites like these:

  • Don't overmix your pancake batter. Too much mixing leads to tough pancakes.
  • Flip your pancakes as soon as the edges look dry and they have bubbles for the perfect results.
