Summer.  It is hard for me to find the words to describe just how much I love summer!  The feeling of the warm sun on my face, spending endless hours outside, and always being surrounded by friends and family, making memories that will last forever.  Some think you need a special occasion to have a party, but that is definitely not the case with me.  At any chance possible, we invite loved ones over just because we can.  

Yummy food and refreshing drinks are always high on our priority list.  Anything quick, cool, and delicious make perfect choices for our get-togethers.  While we like trying something new, I always find myself relying on some traditional favorites that I know everyone will love.  My Sweet & Salty Caramel Frappe is definitely one of our favorites.  

Being a family of coffee lovers, there is always a fresh pot brewing no matter whose house we are at.  But that isn't always ideal in the hot, humid summer weather.  That is exactly why we all love enjoying a Sweet & Salty Caramel Frappe.  Filled with the sweet flavors of International Delight® Caramel Macchiato Gourmet Coffee Creamer and Extra Creamy Reddi-wip®, these refreshing drinks are a perfect summer choice for all coffee lovers.

While on a routine trip to Walmart, I knew I had to stock up on some of our regular grocery items.  International Delight Coffee Creamers and Reddi-wip were definitely on my list.  I can always depend on these items to put a smile on our faces, and Walmart does a great job keeping me on my budget.  On this particular day, I chose International Delight Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer and International Delight® French Vanilla Gourmet Coffee Creamer.  It's always fun to check out all the yummy flavors, and they are all perfect for lovers of the sweet and creamy. 

And of course, requested by my children, I had to choose the Extra Creamy Reddi-wip!  It is made from cows that are not treated with artificial growth hormone, and it doesn't have any artificial flavors or sweeteners.  It is an easy way to add the great taste of real dairy whipped topping to your favorite fruit, coffee, cocoa, or dessert!

Ingredients for a Sweet & Salty Caramel Frappe:

• 8 oz black coffee, preferably chilled
• 1/2 cup International Delight Caramel Macchiato Gourmet Coffee Creamer
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 cups ice
• 2 tbsp caramel sauce
• Extra Creamy Reddi-wip

Now that you have collected all of these yummy ingredients from Walmart, it is time for you to try an amazing Sweet & Salty Caramel Frappe!

Directions for a Sweet & Salty Caramel Frappe:

• In a blender, combine ice cubes, coffee, International Delight Caramel Macchiato Gourmet Coffee Creamer, milk, salt, and caramel sauce.  
• Blend on high until no ice chunks remain.
• Top with a yummy amount of Extra Creamy Reddi-wip and drizzle with caramel sauce.
