Air Fryer Cabbage

I love cabbage. From creamed cabbage to using it in soups, cabbage is one of my favorite recipes. Lately, I've been loving the flavor and texture I get when I make it in the air fryer.

Ingredients

It takes less than a handful of ingredients to make this delicious recipe.

Air Fryer Cabbage

  • cabbage
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Just a few minutes and a few simple steps are all it takes to make this cabbage recipe.

Step 1: Cut cabbage into 4 quarters.  

Step 2: Cut the core out.

Step 3: Chop each quarter into 1-inch pieces.

Step 4: Place cut cabbage in a large bowl. 

Step 5: Add olive oil, salt, and pepper.  Stir well until all cabbage is coated.

Step 6: Put coated cabbage in your greased air fryer basket.

Step 7: Air fryer cabbage in 2 batches at 400ºF for 16-18 minutes.  Be sure to stir a few times to be sure cabbage is cooking evenly and not burning.

Substitutions

Vegetable Oil: If you don't have olive oil, vegetable oil will work.
