No-Bake Strawberry Jello Cheesecake

I love cheesecake, but I’ve never been a fan of doing it the old-fashioned way. I just don’t have the time or the patience for water baths and lowering oven temps, making sure the door isn’t opened, slowly cooling, and all the other hubbub that goes into baking cheesecake. That’s why I love this no-bake wonder.
