FAQ

Are sugar cookies hard or soft?

The best sugar cookies are soft and tender. That's what you'll get with these.

Why is my buttercream grainy?

If you use unsifted powdered sugar, you could get grainy frosting. Powdered sugar contains cornstarch and if the larger portions aren't sifted out, they absorb the moisture of the frosting and make it grainy.

Why does an air fryer make good cookies?

The concentrated heat circulating quickly around the cookies makes the outside crispy while keeping the inside soft and chewy.
