I love Buffalo chicken, and I love dip. One day, I was craving the classic dip, but I didn’t have any cream cheese on hand. That’s when I decided to get creative, and what I came up with was just as tasty without the need for any cream cheese at all.

Ingredients

You’ll only need a few simple ingredients to make this recipe. You’ll find them all easily at your grocery store.

  • sour cream
  • mayonnaise
  • ranch dressing
  • buffalo sauce
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • shredded chicken
  • blue cheese
  • green onions

Instructions

It only takes a few steps and a few minutes of baking to make this delicious dip.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Step 2: Add sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch to a large mixing bowl. Stir together.

Step 3: Add buffalo sauce and 1 cup shredded cheese.  Stir again.

Step 4: Add shredded chicken and stir.

Step 5: Add ¼ cup blue cheese and ¼ cup green onions. Stir again.

Step 6: Transfer mixture to a 9×9 inch baking dish.

Step 7: Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Step 9: Sprinkle remaining blue cheese and green onions on top before serving.

Step 10: Serve with chips, carrots, or celery.
