What to Serve with Ice Cream Cake

Ice cream cakes and frozen cheesecakes both work well with the same types of foods. They're wonderful on their own or paired with these other treats for even more sweet flavor on your plate.

  • Fresh fruit
  • Pie
  • Traditional cake
  • Cupcakes
  • Savory options like pretzels
  • Toasted nuts

Tips:

  • A food processor is the easiest way to crush your vanilla wafers and pecans.
  • 2 hours is the absolute minimum you should freeze this before serving. Overnight is better.
  • Thoroughly mix your crust ingredients to ensure they're fully combined and coated with melted butter.
