How to Make Instant Pot Sticky Popcorn
To make easy glazed popcorn, you need to combine the popcorn seeds, popcorn oil, and salt in your Instant Pot. Be sure to stir well to coat all of the seeds with oil. Put the cover of your Instant Pot.
Turn your Instant Pot to the sauté mode on high. Popcorn will take about 5 minutes to begin popping. Continue cooking until there is 2-3 seconds in between pops.
Turn your Instant Pot off and allow it to sit for 2 minutes. A few more kernels may continue to pop.
To prepare glaze, place butter, corn syrup, and sugar in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Bring it to a boil.
Boil for 2 minutes, then stir in vanilla.
You are almost there! You just have to pour the sweet glaze over the popped popcorn and stir.
Add those sprinkles and enjoy!

How to Make Homemade Popcorn Seasoning Stick to Instant Pot Popcorn
If you’re having trouble getting your seasoning to stick to your popcorn then there are a few things to try.
One way is to spray a light coat of olive oil on your popcorn before sprinkling your seasoning on top.
Another way is to mix a teaspoon of oil into your seasoning to make it a bit stickier.
Here’s another fun option to try if you’re using a sweet recipe: use powdered sugar in place of granulated sugar. Powdered sugar is much lighter and won’t sink to the bottom of the bowl as quickly as regular sugar.
And, of course, if you’re making my sticky vanilla glaze then you will have no trouble coating the popcorn making beautiful, ooey gooey Instant Pot caramel popcorn.
