Step 2: Cut the ends off of each jalapeno.
Step 3: Slice jalapenos crosswise into ⅛-inch slices.
Step 4: Place jalapeno slices on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
Step 5: Bake for 2 hours or until hard and dried.
Step 6: Place dried jalapeno slices in a spice grinder.
Step 7: Grind until they become a fine powder.
