Jalapeno Powder

I love spicy food. I think the heat just elevates the flavors in almost any dish. One of my favorite ways to add spice is with jalapeno. They're my favorite hot pepper. Sometimes, though, I don't want chunks of jalapeno. That's when I add this easy powder. I get all the flavor and heat while keeping my desired texture.
