I love ice cream cake, but I hate all the work that goes into some of the recipes out there. So I decided to work smarter not harder. That’s how I came up with this ridiculously easy recipe that’s loaded with ice cream goodness and ready in a snap.
You only need three simple ingredients to make this recipe. That’s it!

- Cool Whip
It only takes five steps and a few minutes to make this tasty and easy treat.
Step 1: In an 8×8 baking dish, place one layer of ice cream sandwiches.
Step 2: Spread half of the Cool Whip over top and add some sprinkles.
Step 3: Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches followed by the remaining Cool Whip.
Step 4: Add as many sprinkles as you desire.
Step 5: Freeze for 1 hour prior to serving.
